The indicative layout has been attached for reference and is intended to demonstrate that an 18-hole, par-71 golf course, club house and other amenities can be comfortably accommodated within the 48.5-hectare parcel of land under consideration.<\/p>\n<p>To provide context, the land area available is comparable to\u2014and in many cases larger than\u2014a range of well-established golf courses both within Queensland, across Australia, and internationally. It is subject to refinement as further ecological assessments, hydraulic investigations, and Brisbane City Council requirements are undertaken through the Development Application process. Adjustments to the routing, design elements, and supporting infrastructure could be possible as these technical studies progress.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the proposed course layout, the clubhouse precinct has been planned to occupy an area comparable to the footprint of the existing clubhouse and associated facilities, including the machinery shed, cart storage, carpark, mini golf etc. However, given the opportunity to comprehensively masterplan the precinct, there is significant potential to achieve improved spatial efficiencies and a more cohesive overall layout.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following on from the information shared at Wednesday night\u2019s Member Information Night, as well as previous Information Nights, a number of members have sought further detail regarding the concept course design&nbsp;that was displayed.
