The Longest Day is an endurance golf marathon designed to test your skill, strength and stamina. The challenge is to successfully complete your chosen number of holes (generally 72 holes) from dawn to dusk and raise funds for Cancer Council\u2019s research, prevention and support services.<\/p>\n

This year we had 6 teams challenge themselves to complete the longest day!<\/p>\n

Congrats to OGC member, Michael Austin and his team who smashed their target of $1500, and have raised $2113 so far.<\/p>\n

Team\u00a01300 4 Gardening,<\/a>\u00a0was made up of OGC members Joel & Zac, and work mates Jonno & Marcus (with support team of Shelley & Lachy) who completed the day through rain, humidity, and plenty of sun playing 72 holes in a record time of 11 and a half hours! The team have raised around $2,800 so far with a target of $3,000.<\/p>\n
