We invite all members to attend an important Members Information Night, where the Board will provide a comprehensive update on the critical matters shaping the future of Oxley Golf Club.
The evening will focus on the Club’s current position with the widening of Boundary Road and how long-term viability can be secured for Oxley Golf Club. With the club currently in discussions with potential buyers and interested partners, now is a pivotal moment in determining the path forward. Members will hear an update on what options are on the table, and the anticipated timeline for the key decisions that will safeguard the club’s future.
A central purpose of the night is to clearly outline why change is necessary and why it must be considered now. The Board will walk members through the opportunities, and responsibilities surrounding this moment—ensuring everyone understands the implications, the risks of inaction, and the benefits of moving proactively. This will also include information about the members’ vote, an expected Special General Meeting, and what project inclusions may look like should a redevelopment proposal proceed.
To support transparency and help members feel fully informed, the club will provide a detailed information pamphlet, including frequently asked questions about the redevelopment discussions, the Boundary Road project, and what all of this means for your membership, access, and the long-term health of the club.
